None of the projects are now funded via ChildHope, however in many cases the work described continues to be delivered in some form by our partners.
Overview of our work tackling child labour and modern slavery in Bangladesh and Nepal. This is an action research project into the triggers for the worst forms of child labour in Bangladesh and Nepal as part of the Asia Child Labour consortium.

Read about this projectAround 150,000 of Mombasa's 1 million + population live in urban slum areas and on the streets. Street children are unfairly targeted by police, victims to illegal clean ups, and unjustly sentenced to prisons. Many street children in Mombasa become addicted to glue, using it to take away hunger pangs and stomach rotten food. ChildHope supports outreach activities and alternative education so these children have opportunities at better lives.
