Human trafficking has become a serious problem in Nepal, as the incidence rate continues to rise. Without protection or support, children and women are particularly vulnerable to modern slavery. This project aims to prevent child trafficking and modern day slavery through community and government action.

Overview of our work tackling child labour and modern slavery in Bangladesh and Nepal. This is an action research project into the triggers for the worst forms of child labour in Bangladesh and Nepal as part of the Asia Child Labour consortium.

Provide girls and young women working on rubbish dumps training and support to re-enter education. Empowering them and giving them the tools and support to attain better futures for themselves.
